Sport Clubs

Find your sport, find your people.

Sport Clubs are organizations individuals formed who are motivated by common interests and desire to compete in sports. Sport Clubs provide learning experience for members through their involvement in teamwork, fundraising, public relations, organization administration, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as the development of skills in their particular sport. Sport Clubs are formed so members in each club can learn new skills, improve existing skills, engage in competition, and enjoy recreational and social fellowship.

LSU Sport Clubs compete against other schools across the region and nation. UREC encourages you to reach out to any club and find out how to get involved through practice, tryouts, and interest meetings

Test Sport Clubs

The LSU Sport Club program has provided me many valuable things during my time at LSU. It has given me invaluable leadership skills, friends, and experiences. My time with the Club Baseball team will be most of my favorite memories when I look back on the time spent at LSU.

Josh Bonnett, President of Club Baseball

Clubs practice between 2 and 5 days a week for up to 2 hours. The commitment level varies depending on the club and their level of competition. Many clubs compete on the state, regional, and national level, while others rarely compete. For more information, contact the club president directly. All club contact information can be found in the Sport Club Directory listed above.
