Our Roadmap to Fall
The LSU Student Health Center is open and committed to meeting the health and wellness needs of students with telehealth visits in the Medical Clinic, Mental Health Service, and Wellness and Health Promotion. In addition, onsite Medical Clinic visits are available, by appointment only and onsite priority visits are available in Mental Health Service and Wellness and Health Promotion.
Service Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Telehealth Technology Requirements:
We will be using the HIPAA-compliant platform Microsoft Teams to deliver audio/ video tele-health support.

Mental health support through teletherapy sessions to discuss current concerns, coping strategies to address those concerns, and when appropriate to connect students with other local resources to address their needs. When appropriate, priority visits are available onsite. Before a tele-therapy session, students should check-in using the Patient Portal. |

Call 225-924-5781, ThePhone. ThePhone is a 24-hour crisis counseling and support line serving the students of LSU. Callers to the LSU line are connected to volunteer paraprofessional counselors trained in crisis intervention and suicide prevention. |
