Student Career Guide Advertisement Reservation

    Build your company brand among potential hires by advertising in the publication essential to career success for LSU students - the Student Career Guide.

    Our annual Student Career Guide is distributed in print and electronic format to students, alumni, and LSU community members. 9,000 printed copies were distributed on-campus in 2019-20, and a digital version was circulated to over 37,000 students and alumni through direct email marketing, our online job posting platform (Handshake,) and to even more viewers through our social media channels. This is a comprehensive guide for students and alumni preparing for their job search and the perfect place to promote your company's opportunities. View the 2019-20 Student Career Guide.

    Each year, we reserve a limited number of pages throughout the guide for employers to advertise.

    Two ways to advertise:

    • Premier Advertisements: A limited number of full-page section dividers placed throughout the guide. Premier Advertisements can include your choice of a traditional ad or an article style ad that discusses topics like your company’s overview, career opportunities, and why they should join your team.
    • General Advertisements: Placed in the back of the guide, and sold in full, half, and quarter page sizes.  

    Reserve your ad early, before space runs out! Ad reservations are due by May 1, 2020 by completing the form below. Final ad artwork is due by May 15, 2020. The publication is printed begins circulation in August 2020.

    Ad designs must be submitted in high resolution PDF, .eps, .ai or .psd format. Please ensure all fonts, photos, graphics are packaged or embedded in the file before sending. Improper file formats or artwork dimensions will not be accepted.

    All artwork must be submitted in a final, print-ready format and the accuracy is the sole responsibility of the submitter.

    Final artwork must not include crop and bleed marks.

    The publication is printed and begins circulation in August 2020.
