Mentorship

How It Works 

• First and second year students are matched with junior or senior mentors in their degree area.
• Mentor–mentee pairs connect at least once a month, in person or virtually.
• Monthly themed events foster networking and professional learning communities.
• Mentors support 1–3 mentees, focusing on program navigation, building confidence, and preparing for careers.
• Progress is tracked through Tiger Tracker in Moodle, promoting accountability and goal setting.
