To Schedule Your Career Coach Appointment: 

  • Log into: LSU Handshake 
  • Click on Louisiana State University Career Center
  • Click on Appointments
  • Click on Schedule New Appointment
  • Click on: Career and Graduate School Coaching and find the Engineering appointment topics and select the one that matches your areas of need.
  • Schedule your appointment and select either on campus or video appointment type

How to Register for a Small Group Appointment (Available Each Day M-F)

Small Group Appointments are held in LSU Olinde Career Center, 158 LSU Student Union

To Register for a Small Group Appointment 

  • Log into: LSU Handshake
  • Click on Louisiana State University Career Center
  • Click on Events at the top of the page
  • Sort the list of events by date to get the events in today’s date. Look for the topic of interest to you and register to participate.  Note: All of the group appointments will be designated as LSU Group Appointments

Drop In Services

Stop by any M-F from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm in the LSU Olinde Career Center, 158 LSU Student Union where LSU Olinde career services team are available to answer quick questions and provide immediate support.  

Handshake

Handshake is LSU’s centralized online jobs board, hosted by the LSU Olinde Career Center. It houses part-time and full-time job postings, internship, co-op, and volunteer opportunities that employers are seeking LSU students and alumni for. Before applying to any of the opportunities listed in Handshake, students need to first upload a resume into the system for approval.
