1991 – Present: Attorney, of counsel to Roedel, Parsons, Koch, Blache, Balhoff & McCollister, Baton Rouge, LA. Clients include engineers, architects, real estate developers, construction entities, and individuals with construction problems. Worked on subdivision developments, golf course communities, and light commercial buildings regarding contract formations, interpretations, and enforcement, and re negotiated settlements in contested matters, and regarding planning options for companies and owners.
1988 – 1991: Attorney, sole practitioner, Baton Rouge, LA. Practice in same areas as present practice.
