Being accused of a PM-73 violation can be confusing, unsettling, and distressing.
You are encouraged to meet with OCR&TIX staff at any time to discuss your options, concerns and questions. Our goal is to ensure you receive appropriate support, receive due process, and are treated respectfully and fairly.

Formal Resolution Process
- Connect with counseling resources at Mental Health Service or in the community
- Request supportive measures as needed, as early on as possible
- Read PM-73
- Obtain an advisor early on to accompany you to meetings and provide guidance
- Cease all contact with the other party, when applicable
- Gather and review evidence to support your stance
- When in doubt, ask; ask any and all questions of OCR&TIX staff
