The LSU College of Music & Dramatic Arts is proud to host or sponsor over 300 events each academic year, from a wide variety of disciplines within our institution. Some events are free and open to the public, while others have ticketed entry.

Opus Two, the award-winning duo of violinist William Terwilliger and pianist Andrew Cooperstock, present an evening of works by the legendary composer Leonard Bernstein.

Renowned pedagogue and recitalist Christopher Van Hof will collaborate with LSU’s own Dianne Frazer for an evening of dynamic works for trombone and piano.

CMDA & Opera Tickets

The CMDA Box Office sells tickets to all events in the following venues:

  • Claude L. Shaver Theatre
  • Reilly Theatre
  • Studio Theatre
  • School of Music Recital Hall

LSU Opera and LSU Theatre performances are sold through this office.

Union Tickets

The Union Box Office sells tickets to all events in the Union Theater, such as:

  • LSU Wind Ensemble
  • LSU Symphonic Winds
  • LSU Symphonic Band
  • LSU Symphony Orchestra

Some special events, such as Concert Spectacular or Tigerama, may be sold through this office.

Parking for Events

You may park in any of the non-gated parking lots or on the street near our performance venues. Do not park by any red or yellow curbs.

We pay a fee to LSU Parking for our patrons to park free of charge. If you receive a parking ticket, please bring it to the CMDA Box Office, located inside the Music & Dramatic Arts Building, for assistance.
