Reporting to Employee Injury Call Center

All employee work-related injuries should be reported to the 24-Hour Employee Injury Call Center.

Report an Injury: 877-764-3574, select Menu Option 1.

This hotline includes:

  • 24-Hour Registered Nurse on Call
  • Immediate Medical Analysis
  • Instructions on Medical Treatment (First Aid or Health Care Provider)
  • Collection of employee information to begin the claim process

The injured employee should make the call if physically able; the supervisor or department should call if the employee is unable.
