Current Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and reconciling all grants, state accounts, and unrestricted accounts associated with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering
  • Assists and communicates with Principal Investigators regarding their grant accounts
  • Processes accounting entries, adjustments, and updates information to ensure accuracy of budgeted reports and ledgers
  • Receives and processes purchasing requests from faculty and staff
  • Acts as timekeeper of the department's student workers paid through President Student Aid and College Work Study
