National Diversity Advisory Board

The LSU National Diversity Advisory Board (NDAB) is composed of industry experts with a broad array of talent and expertise that aid in advocating for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at LSU and our surrounding community. The common goal is to promote the institutional diversity agenda beyond campus units and programs.

 

Qualifications

This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual who is passionate about LSU and diversity, equity and inclusion. Prospective and incumbent will have achieved leadership stature in their field and demonstrated passion and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In addition, they will have

• A commitment to and understanding of both LSU and the Baton Rouge community
• Extensive professional experience within their field particularly in business, government, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector
• Savvy diplomatic skills and a natural affinity for cultivating relationships and persuading, convening, facilitating, and building consensus among diverse individuals
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to our mission
