Biography

Dr. Agyemang is interested in how people and organizations lead positive social change inside and outside of organizational boundaries. Through his research, he attempts to better understand how institutional structures affect people and organizations. In turn, he also examines how people and organizations affect these structures. He has published manuscripts in various journals, including the Journal of Management Inquiry, Journal of Sport Management, Sport Management Review, Journal of African American Studies, International Journal of Sport Management, and International Review for the Sociology of Sport, among others. Dr. Agyemang is also the Deputy Editor for Sport, Business and Management: An International Journal and serves on several editorial boards: Sociology of Sport Journal, International Journal of Sport Communication, Journal of Amateur Sport, and International Journal of Sport Management.
