Summer Call Center/Front Desk Operator
The Call Center/Front Desk Operator for the Department of Residential Life is a student staff member employed in the spring semester and/or summer. This position works with and reports directly to the Coordinator for Communications and Administrative Services. This position is the front line for guest experience in the Residential Life office. He/she is responsible for assisting at the front desk, and making and receiving calls regarding LSU on-campus housing.

Summer Desk Assistant
Every on-campus community has a front desk, and most are open 24/7. Desk Assistants (DAs) work at the desks as customer-service agents and first point-of-contact for residents. Whether it’s a room lockout, package pick up, submitting a work order, or guest registration, DAs handle it all.
