ONE (1) person pushes off a second person

[Best of two students are on carts]
This is very simple. It can be done with each student on riding carts or standing still with legs locked somewhat. The latter should be done by you with one student. Facing each other with arms extended with his elbows locked (so he can't consciously push back), you push his palms backward. The student will move backward, but so will you. (Let yourself go freely)
