For support on PAWS applications, mainframe applications, StudioWeb sites, and Lotus Notes database applications, the ITS Help Desk is available to assist you.
The ITS Help Desk self service application is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offers an interface for creating, monitoring and editing requests for technical problem resolution.
The ITS online assistance service offers a direct connection to the Help Desk during regular hours through a chat interface, and features direct assistance for PC support.
