2018 Freshman Orientation, Advising and Preregistration (FOAP) Information & Dates:
There are 12 sessions of fall freshman orientation, but not all colleges participate in each session. It’s important for your student to select a session when his/her intended major is offered.
Change of Major: If your student is interested in changing his/her major, please make sure this is done before registering for orientation. Students can change majors using myLSU (my.lsu.edu > Student Services > Application Status) or by emailing email@example.com with his/her full legal name, date of birth, and request. If your student chose to change your major after registering for orientation, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can help your student sign up for an available session.
Attention: Students in Tiger Band and students participating sorority recruitment are encouraged to select sessions 1-11.
