Ferguson and Madrid win LACA scholarships
Mary Helen Ferguson, Ph. D. candidate, in the Department of Plant Pathology & Crop Physiology at Louisiana State University and the LSU AgCenter, recently won the prestigious C. W. Edgerton Award.
Sanjay Pokhrel recently received the Monsanto Graduate Student Scholarship. He is pursuing his M.S. degree in plant pathology with Dr. Clayton Hollier as his advisor.
For the second year in a row, the LSU PPCP graduate students organized the Summer Technical Sharing Sessions. This year demonstrations/lectures were presented by 11 students.
